At Purple Clouds I offer a wide range of holistic, alternative and spiritual treatments all designed to promote a physical, emotional and mental health.
Massage and Reflexology Treatments can be booked alone but I also offer a number of packages which include these treatments alongside reiki and crystal therapy. For more information about the packages contact me or use the online booking system to view the details.

Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy message is a light massage using a blend of essential oils, which works the whole body.
Aromatherapy blends are tailored to meet individual needs.
You can choose between an aromatherapy back massage, a full body massage excluding head and face or a full body message including head and face.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a massage technique which applies gentle pressure to your feet. It aims to bring about a state of relaxation and help the body’s own healing process.
It is based in the Chinese principle that certain areas on the soles of the feet or on the hands correspond to other parts of the body and that putting pressure on one area of the foot can have an effect on the organ that is corresponds with.
As part of the treatment I can use a carrier oil but if required I can add a aromatherapy blend for either relaxation, stress relief, energising or a mood boost.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage originated around 600BC in India. It was introduced to England by Narendra Mehta after his studies in 1978.
It focuses massage focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders. Benefits can include reduction in headaches and improvement to physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
I use coconut oil during the treatment which is really beneficial for the hair and if required I can add an aromatherapy blend for either relaxation, stress relief, energising or a mood boost.

Reiki
Usui Reiki is a Japanese technique that uses energy force to reduce stress and anxiety and promotes relaxation. It is a non invasive treatment and clients remain fully clothed.
During the treatment I will place my hands on our just have the body.
Usui Reiki treatments can take place on its own or you can have Crystal reiki which involves placing crystals on the 7 main chakra points.

Shamanic Reiki
Shamanic reiki blends Usui reiki and the elemental energies.
During the treatment I will use drumming, crystals and will call the elemental energies to aid the treatment. It is a non invasive treatment and clients remain fully clothed.
It deeply relaxing and promotes an awareness of being one with all.

Angelic Reiki
Angelic Reiki is an holistic and spiritual practice that brings a beautiful sense of wellbeing and balance using the energy of the angelic realms.
It is a hands on healing system that allows very high vibrational energies to work upon your body to help release physical, ancestral, emotional and karmic imbalances across all times and incarnations.
During the treatment I will use crystals and sound healing alongside the hands on with the hands placed on your shoulders and higher heart chakra.

Aura Cleanse and Charge
Aura cleansing can improve wellbeing by clearing negative energies from the electromagnetic field surrounding individuals.
During the treatment I will use white sage, palo santo, crystals, aromatherapy and solfeggio tuning forks

Chakra balancing works by removing stagnant energy and balancing the 7 main chakras. It aid mental, emotional and physical wellbeing and can lead to improved mental clarity and focus.
