Massage & Aromatherapy

What a session involves

Aromatherapy massage combines the therapeutic benefits of essential oils with the relaxing benefits of massage to deeply relax the body and uplift the mind.

Standard aromatherapy treatments use a choice of prepared blends, so you can choose the one that suits how you are feeling on the day. A bespoke treatment goes further: I select an individual blend with you at the start of the session. In every treatment, the pressure is adjusted as we go.

Massage & aromatherapy options and prices

Every session is adapted to you. Standard aromatherapy massage uses a choice of prepared blends, with the option to include or exclude the head and face; a bespoke treatment uses an individually selected blend; and Reiki-infused massage weaves Reiki energy work through the treatment.

Reiki-infused Full Body Aromatherapy Massage is a single combined treatment rather than two separate appointments.

Call or send a message if you would like help choosing between the options.

Who it suits

Whether you are carrying tension from long days at a desk, recovering from a busy stretch, or simply longing for an hour of quiet, the pace and pressure of the treatment are adapted to suit you.

Before your visit

There is nothing you need to bring. Arriving a few minutes early gives us time to talk through the treatment and anything you would like me to know.

Before your appointment, you will be sent a short consultation form to complete. This includes relevant health and medical information so your treatment can be planned appropriately and safely.
